Training & enrichment In-home session

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Available within 4km of Richmond only

A combination of training & enrichment in the one visit- to exercise your dogs mind, skills & natural instincts. This is a healthy outlet for young/adolescent-mature dogs as it’s highly mentally enriching & physically tiring, which assists in shaping a happy, satisfied & well trained pup!
We involve a mix of bursts in engagement play & training, rotating between both so it’s kept fun/entertaining throughout.
The training aspect can be a focus on what the owner thinks their dog needs guidance with, or be a general training session involving basic training skills to begin with, increasing the difficulty as they progress.

  • For ages 8 weeks & up - all breeds accepted.

  • Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.

  • I work with dogs individually or with another dog, within the same household.

  • Can be provided as a routined booking or on a casual basis.

  • I can assist with- reactivity training, puppy socialisation, loose lead walking, solid recall training, thresholds/boundary training, confidence building & basic command/trick training.

  • Photos/videos & a report/update will be sent to keep you informed of your dog’s progress & so you’re able to practise the same with them at home.

We now offer on-lead neighbourhood ventures with a friendly buddy/mentor- my dog & light of my life (kelpie x) Bronson! (as pictured with his 2 best friends). These walks assist with confidence building, proper socialisation & general lifestyle training.

  • For ages 16 weeks & up - all breeds accepted.

  • We go to all different trails in the area- open green ovals, bushy trails & can either go at a slow/steady pace allowing lots of time for sniffs/exploring or do a higher energy walk with more fast-pace movement & engagement play- it depends on your dogs needs.

In-home enrichment/feeding visits (dogs, cats & rabbits)

Monday-Sunday 7:00am-6:00pm
Available within 4km of Richmond

-In Catteries, cats are confined to a small space with other strange cats around them which can trigger stress. From experience, I know how common it is that cats often develop health issues when in a cattery due to stress. However in their familiar home environment, they are comfortable, have their freedom and usual routine.
-Dog daycares can also be too overstimulating for some dogs as they are confined to a small play area with many other dogs/personalities, so it can be exhausting + too overwhelming for some dogs (especially the anxious/timid babies).

  • My enrichment/feeding visits are the perfect alternative as they are tailored to your pets needs & preferences whilst remaining in the familiar environment of their home.

  • For all ages & breeds of dogs, cats & rabbits.

  • Included in visits: Usual diet fed, medication administration, love & attention/cuddles/belly rubs provided, grooming/brushing, environmental enrichment play, training commands reinforced, mind/scent games, litter trays replaced/spot cleaned daily, short dog walks, environment tidied, water bowls refreshed.

  • Health & behaviour monitored by an experienced professional.

  • Detailed updates & photos.

  • Home maintenance including- collecting mail, watering plants, garbage disposal, reliable home security checks.
